Prior to establishing 4sight, John held a number of high-level marketing
posts at AT&T and AT&T ISTEL, including Directorship of the Industry
Systems division. He also managed a major strategy development programme
in partnership
with Monitor. His experience covers both strategic market planning and tactical
campaign implementation, although recently he has pioneered the use of decision
support tools such as On-Balance and Matrix on planning projects for companies
such as Ramesys and BT Major Business. John has also held senior marketing
posts with the Birmingham City Council and in Midlands manufacturing industry.
He has also recently gained a Diploma in Life Coaching. John is now listed
on the National Business Link Consultants Register and was recently elected
as a Fellow of the prestigious Royal Society of Arts.

Hayley
Fletcher
Hayley has spent 8 years project directing and managing marketing communications
programmes across the business-to-business spectrum. Her experience covers
the planning and implementation of many forms of communication, from business-led
events and webcasts through to corporate literature production, copywriting
and direct mail. Hayley has strong skills in event management and has organised
events in a variety of venues including Tate Modern for BT and the Tower of
London for Global Crossing.
As a writer and keen traveller, Hayley also produces travel and extreme sports
features that are published around the world in a wide variety of publications
such as The Independent, Hilton Hotels, and Scotland magazine.

Isobel
Cogley
Isobel has over 20 years experience in a wide range of marketing disciplines
and market sectors, including holding senior positions in market research,
communications, strategy and planning, product management and press relations.
Previous roles have been with AT&T Istel and Comdisco Disaster Recovery
(now Sungard). Most recently she was Press Relations Manager for ITNET where
she successfully raised their profile in key publications prior to their takeover
by Serco. Isobel holds a Diploma in Marketing, Certificate in Life Coaching
and is currently studying for the Diploma in Life Coaching.
Claire
Forrest
Claire has extensive experience in strategy development and product marketing
for the IT sector having held senior executive roles for telecoms, outsourcing
and software organisations. She has worked for both AT&T and ITNET and
most recently Focus Solutions, where she was responsible for establishing them
as the leading supplier of e-trading solutions to the UK life and pensions
market. Claire has particular expertise in market development for early stage
technology companies and has a PhD in marketing.

Pauline Knight
Pauline Knight has gained a wide range of skills in the marketing arena over
the last 25 years. She has held senior marketing positions in communications,
research, strategy and planning. Her communications experience includes all
elements of the marketing mix (website, exhibitions and other events, literature,
PR, sponsorships, employee communications, advertising, lead generation and
direct mail programmes, corporate identity etc). Her research experience is
also extensive and includes primary and secondary research methodologies, customer
satisfaction surveys, competitor monitoring and analysis and management of
a company wide information service. Pauline holds the Diploma in Marketing.
